WHEN YOU’RE SERIOUS, YOU NEED A PARTNER WHO IS JUST AS SERIOUS AS YOU ARE.
That’s why we we’ve partnered with brand ambassadors that share our same passion for the water and the tools needed to fully enjoy, explore and fish it.

REMIX SPORTFISHINGCAPTAIN JC CLEARE & SARAH MELIA
Capt. JC Cleare had a six-figure salary running a boat for a private client. He and their team had a successful tournament season, but JC’s biggest victory wasn’t the fish he landed or the checks earned; it was Sarah. Their love of fishing and chemistry on the same boat in the heat of competition resulted in love for each other.
With an ultimatum from his boss to drop Sarah from the team, JC had a decision to make: stay with a steady paycheck and a guaranteed boat for next season, or start new with Sarah. Going in on a boat together was bold but their team followed. Many are lifelong friends – former baseball teammates of JC and friends of Sarah who grew up in the Florida Keys. When a team has chemistry, they stay together. Remix Sportfishing was born
The remix in this case hit harder than the original. The wins kept rolling in, setting records. They became the first team to win Bluewater Movement’s prestigious “Quest For The Crest” sailfish series in consecutive years. Not only did they win back-to-back burgundy jackets, but Sarah became the first female to win “master angler,” awarded to the person who caught the most fish over the course of the three-tournament circuit. She beat out more than 600 other anglers to earn the title.
When JC & Sarah are not out competing in tournaments, they run a private charter business and host fishing camps for kids during school holiday breaks.
