‘It’s a role with a broad brief and we need someone who is adaptable, innovative and creative in these unusual times,’ explains Ian Birdsall, Invincible’s VP International Business. ‘In Olly, we’ve found a dynamic individual who embraces our values and shares our commitment to building long-lasting relationships that stand the test of time, a high priority as we continue to advance our worldwide presence.’

Olly has a wealth of direct sales, business development and training experience in the marine and other industries.

Olly adds, ‘It’s the perfect time to be joining the international team. Invincible is the pace-setter in the saltwater sport fishing and high-performance boat sector. Being able to combine my personal passion for the ocean – I’m in the Atlantic most days where you can find me surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and of course, fishing – while working with such a dynamic brand makes this an exciting opportunity.’

Olly is a qualified surf lifeguard with 25 years’ experience in watersports and safety, and he volunteers at his local lifesaving club.
